Executive Privacy Commitment
At webdeveloperpakistan.pk, we engineer bespoke AI systems, autonomous conversational agents, and enterprise RAG applications. We do not sell client data. We never train public foundation AI models on your proprietary code, databases, or documents. All client consultations, data pipelines, and technical roadmaps are held under strict non-disclosure safeguards.
1. Information We Collect
When you engage with our agency via our website, consultation briefs, or WhatsApp hotline, we may collect:
- Contact & Identity Data: Full name, professional email address, WhatsApp/phone number, company name, and location.
- Project Briefing Specifications: Business requirements, desired AI models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3.3, DeepSeek), existing WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure details, and vector database architectures.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, referrer paths, and interaction telemetry used strictly to optimize site performance and security.
2. AI Model Training & Zero-Retention Policy
We adhere to strict enterprise artificial intelligence data privacy principles:
- Zero Public Model Training: Any text, prompt, database chunk, or knowledge embedding transmitted to LLM API endpoints during development is subject to enterprise zero-data-retention (ZDR) agreements. Your data is not stored by third-party model providers to train future models.
- Sovereign Local LLM Privacy: For clients opting for sovereign on-premise deployments (e.g., self-hosted Llama 3.3 or DeepSeek on private Pakistani or dedicated cloud GPU clusters), 100% of weights, prompts, and vector records remain strictly within your isolated VPC.
- Vector Embeddings Isolation: Pinecone, Milvus, and pgvector instances developed by our team are scoped with private API authentication, multi-tenant isolation, and encrypted indexing (AES-256).
3. Cookies & Browser Tracking
Our website uses minimal, essential cookies designed solely to enhance user experience:
- Functional Cookies: Storing your preferred presentation currency display (PKR or USD) and slide navigation states.
- Security & Anti-Spam: Session tokens (nonces) and honeypot validation ensuring automated bots cannot flood consultation endpoints.
- Zero Invasive Ad-Tech: We do not employ third-party behavioral advertising trackers, data brokers, or cross-site fingerprinting scripts.
4. Legal Frameworks & Cross-Border Compliance
We operate in full compliance with local Pakistani laws and international data standards:
- Pakistan PECA 2016: Full adherence to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) regarding electronic transactions, cyber safety, and data protection.
- GDPR & UK Data Protection: For our clients in the UK, European Union, and North America, we respect all Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), data portability rights, and right-to-erasure mandates.
5. Client Rights & Data Deletion
You retain absolute ownership of all intellectual property, source code, and data assets produced during your project. You may at any time request:
- A complete copy of all personal and architectural data held in our agency records.
- The immediate purging of temporary consultation briefs, demo vector indices, and prototype staging environments.
- Formal execution of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to code repository sharing.
